"Gael tackled a tricky set of Roman Blinds for me. I chose a rather challenging woollen tartan fabric, and to add to the difficulty I wanted it trimmed with a different weight of woollen fabric. Gael calmly explained what was possible and we proceeded with the design. It was a treat to pop in to her work room (which always seemed to be teeming with beautiful fabrics that I wanted to take home) to see how the blinds were developing. I was delighted with the finished product. As well as looking good they are robust and run really well, falling into rich looking pleats when they are pulled up. I am chuffed with them”

Gael did a wonderful job recently of salvaging a beautiful pair of large silk curtains we inherited. They were sun damaged and ripped through at the edges. Gael performed her magic and took out the torn panels and hand sewed them back. The curtains are now hanging in the bay window again, returned to their former glory and looking stunning. Thank you Gael for being so helpful and for managing such a delicate task so well and at a very reasonable cost.

Gael was incredible from the first minute by listening attentively to what we were looking for, taking time to draw the curtains and making notes of our requirements. As a plus she gave us great suggestions and tips which made the whole process even smoother. As a bonus we got the curtains delivered to our house as neither of us have a car and they were very heavy!

Gael has been a Godsend. She has made 4 sets of cane furniture covers for us. Her advice and help have been outstanding and we wish we had found her a long time ago. Gael made two blinds for me a little while ago and I was delighted with the finished product. I was so impressed by the speed of the service and the quality of finish. I'm just gutted I don't need more blinds. I wouldn't hesitate to use Gael again should the need arise.
I found Gael via the internet and really liked the attractive style and her approach. She offers a friendly and exceptionally professional service at very reasonable cost. The cushions covers were great and she excelled herself in making a 3 part complicated chair cushion cover in no time - it was perfect. She also has a nice line in useful modern cloth shopping bags that she makes up...they seem ideal as presents.
